President

As a business professional, Giuli’s passion is to develop business strategies to create new revenue and ensure that organizations reach their full potential in connecting with the surrounding community. Giuli's areas of expertise include: business development, marketing, video production, SEO/SEM, and public relations. She is excited to use her business experience to build Net Impact Triad into an eco-friendly, economically sustainable, and socially just organization for the underserved individuals of Winston Salem who most need our support.

Alex Dummit

COO

Alex is a motivated executive with experience in sustainable business development. Previously serving as an Entrepreneur, Executive Director, and Director of Sales, Alex has led teams of over 200 staff and operated 12 unique businesses simultaneously, thus pursuing her passion for sustainable and socially just leadership systems. Alex views Net Impact’s model as an essential step in cultivating the future of North Carolina. Always eager to make the next leap, Alex has found a home with Net Impact, where passion meets purpose.

Grace Cronin

VP of Development

Grace is a passionate advocate for equal rights and inclusion, and she is particularly active in the local Down Syndrome Network. As a business professional, she specializes in networking, marketing, and developing a company’s mission. To that end, her goal at Net Impact is to expand, promote, and grow the socially and environmentally sustainable ideology of the organization. Outside of work, Grace loves to travel, and you can find her planning her next trip with her husband.

Meara Waxman

Grant Specialist

Meara Waxman is an English graduate student, writing tutor, and grant writer. She is passionate about using writing to help individuals find their voices and connect with the people who surround her. As a North Carolina native, Meara is thrilled and honored to be partnering with Net Impact Triad not only as a way to create grants and written content, but also as a way to collaborate with an organization that is dedicated to improving the local community.

Caroline Zaelke

Intern

Caroline Zaelke is a Wake Forest University student double majoring in Business and Enterprise Management and English. Recently, Caroline has volunteered for several Winston Salem charity events, including the Project Pumpkin and Best Buddies. She also has served as an executive team leader for Wake Forest’s Wake ‘N Shake annual fundraiser supporting the Brian Piccolo Cancer Research Fund. After graduation, she hopes to use her passion for philanthropy to help support not-for-profit organizations and charitable ventures.

Maggie Onsager 

Intern

Maggie Onsager is a Wake Forest University student double majoring in International Affairs & Politics and French Studies. She is an experienced volunteer with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and Math Buddies, and she has participated in the Global AWAKEnings program. After graduating, she plans to pursue a career in philanthropic diplomacy through organizations such as CARE. She is excited to help NIT develop new community and business partnerships across the Triad.
